Spot market electricity prices for Friday, Feb. 10

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade amounts to 1.67 billion Turkish liras

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on T眉rkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 3,650 Turkish liras at 9.a.m. (0600 GMT) and between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. (1400 - 1500 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.

The lowest rate was set at 2,276.15 liras at 3 a.m. (0000 GMT), the data showed.

The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an decrease of 3.33% to 1.67 billion liras compared to Wednesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,952.31 liras and 2,985.05 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set as 3,650 liras between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (1300 - 1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1,499.99 liras at 6 a.m. (0300 GMT), according to official figures.

US$1 equals 18.83 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
