Spot market electricity prices for Monday, Nov. 18

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade amounts to around 1.68 billion Turkish liras

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on T眉rkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (0600 to 0800, 1000 to 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.

The lowest rate was set at 2,145 liras at between 2.a.m. and 3.a.m. local time (0000, 0100 GMT), the data showed.

The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 35.3% to around 1.68 billion liras compared to Sunday.

The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,748.89 liras and 2,788.72 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 2,900.01 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 1,732.98 liras at between 2.a.m. and 3.a.m., and 9 a.m. local time (0000, 0100 and 0600 GMT).

US$1 equals 34.42 liras at 2.18 p.m. local time (1118 GMT) on Sunday.
