The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 317.13 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest will be 197.49 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Wednesday showed a decrease of 4.73% to 156.23 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.24 liras and 290.57 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 321.25 liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest at 199.99 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.86 Turkish liras at 1123 GMT on Wednesday.
