The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 469.99 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 265.00 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 2.8% to 184.01 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 332.52 liras and 334.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 449.99 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 301.61 liras at 00.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.51 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT (2.20 p.m. local time) on Wednesday.
