The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on T眉rkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,700 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., and between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time (1100鈥�1700 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 1999.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows a decrease of 0.4% to 1.25 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,473.05 liras and 2,474.61 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 2,700 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., and between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time (1100鈥�1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1999.99 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT).
US$1 equals 28.05 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
