The trade volume of Turkey's spot natural gas market increased by 14.6% to 8.33 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Sunday amounted to 7.27 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 2,052 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 4.16 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 137.4 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 8.61 Turkish liras at 1129 GMT on Wednesday.
