Turkey's Ulusoy Elektrik signed an electric distribution transformer sales contract with the Latvian State Electricity Authority on Thursday.
Ulusoy published the announcement of the 鈧�3.95 million contract on the Public Disclosure Platform, marking the first time the company has broken into the Latvian market.
The contract stipulates that the transformers will be delivered within one year.
Ulusoy Elektrik was founded in 1985 to produce a wide range of electrical equipment for medium voltage electricity distribution networks and industrial plants.
As a result of the company's sales volume, production capacity and industrial success, Ulusoy Elektrik ranked 364 in "Turkey's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises"鈥� survey for 2017, published annually by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry.
