The trade volume on T眉rkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 9.2% to 14.36 million Turkish liras on Monday, T眉rkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Tuesday.
Total trade on Sunday amounted to 13.15 million liras.
On Monday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11,658.48 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 1.2 million cubic meters.
T眉rkiye received 215.74 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Monday.
US$1 equals 30.2 liras at 2.50 p.m. local time (1150 GMT) on Tuesday.
