Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar on Sunday held a phone call with his Israeli counterpart Israel Katz to discuss bilateral cooperation between two countries.
The two ministers talked about 鈥渙pportunities for bilateral and regional energy cooperation, including natural gas,鈥� Bayraktar said on the social media platform X.
鈥淚 will visit Israel at Minister Katz鈥檚 invitation at the earliest possible time,鈥� he added.
Meanwhile, Katz described his phone call with Bayraktar as 鈥減roductive,鈥� elaborating that they discussed 鈥渢he possibilities of renewing our energy collaboration.鈥�
