The trade volume of Turkey's spot natural gas market increased by 30.8% to 24.44 million Turkish liras on Monday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Tuesday.
Total trade on Sunday amounted to 18.68 million liras.
On Monday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 1,415 liras, while the total natural gas trade volume amounted to 17,273 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 105.94 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Monday.
US$1 equals 7.24 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Tuesday.
