The trade volume on T眉rkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 82.1% to around 9.36 million Turkish liras on Monday, T眉rkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Tuesday.
Total trade on Sunday amounted to about 5.14 million liras.
On Monday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 13,715 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 697,000 cubic meters.
T眉rkiye received about 79.22 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Monday.
US$1 equals 39.23 liras at 2.26 p.m. local time (1126 GMT) on Tuesday.
