The trade volume on T眉rkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 297% to 35.61 million Turkish liras on Thursday, T眉rkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Friday.
Total trade on Wednesday amounted to 8.97 million Turkish liras.
On Thursday鈥檚 spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 8,347.34 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 4.26 million cubic meters.
T眉rkiye received 104.42 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Thursday.
US$1 equals 23.44 liras at 2.23 p.m. local time (1123 GMT) on Friday.
