The trade volume on T眉rkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 8.4% to around 5.3 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, T眉rkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to about 4.89 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 13,743.39 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 392,000 cubic meters.
T眉rkiye received about 124.52 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 38.76 liras at 2.14 p.m. local time (1114 GMT) on Wednesday.
