The trade volume on T眉rkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 52% to around 13.17 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, T眉rkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday's amounted to about 8.66 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11,880.24 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 1.11 million cubic meters.
T眉rkiye received around 152.36 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 34.26 liras at 2.20 p.m. local time (1120 GMT) on Wednesday.
