Turkey鈥檚 liquefied petroleum gas production rose by 1.7 percent to around聽68,880 tons for October 2014, according to the country's energy marketing watchdog.
According to the report released by the聽Energy Marketing Regulatory Authority, Turkey's refineries鈥� total聽LPG production rose by 1.7 percent for October alone and annual exports decreased by 9.9 percent to about 267,244 tons compared to October 2013.
Turkey聽imported聽LPG聽from ten different countries in October 2014 --聽Algeria, Russia, Norway, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia, Malta, France, USA and Romaine.
Turkey's聽LPG聽exports dropped by 34.6 percent to about 7,059 tons for October with only the聽Switzerland and Turkey's free trade areas making any imports,聽the聽report said.
The amount of autogas sold in Turkey聽over the same period in聽2014 was聽342,608 tons. Additionally, 70,735 tons of bottled聽LPG聽and聽7,763 tons of bulk聽LPG聽were sold to聽Turkish customers.
