A Boeing 737 plane belonging to a Ukrainian airline crashed near Imam Khomeini Airport in Iran just after takeoff with 180 passengers on board, Iranian media reported Wednesday.
The plane was bound for Ukraine鈥檚 capital Kiev, the semi-official ISNA news agency said.
No additional details were provided in the brief report.
