The trade volume on T眉rkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 20.71% to about 5.42 million Turkish liras on Monday, T眉rkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Tuesday.
Total trade on Sunday amounted to around 4.49 million liras.
On Monday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 10,043.75 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 549,000 cubic meters.
T眉rkiye received 92.42 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Monday.
US$1 equals 32.38 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Tuesday.
