Israel's attacks on Iran targeted the Shahid Raisi Nuclear Power Plant in Isfahan on early Saturday, Iran's state-run IRNA news agency reported.

Isfahan Deputy Governor Akbar Salehi said that rescue teams were dispatched immediately after the attack and no casualties have been reported immediately from the attack on the power plant.

Addressing concerns about potential radiation leakage, Salehi said there is no pollution from the plant "that would cause concern."

On Friday, Israel targeted Natanz and Fordo nuclear facilities. Iran's Atomic Energy Organization reported nuclear contamination was detected inside the Natanz nuclear facility following Israeli strikes.

"Some contamination was detected inside the facility, but this contamination did not spread outside the facility," Kamalvandi told Iran’s state television.
