Launch marks 576th flight mission of homegrown Long March series of carrier rockets

ISTANBUL
China on Wednesday successfully launched a constellation of space-based computing satellites into space aboard a carrier rocket, state media reported.
According to Xinhua News, the Long March-2D rocket lifted off at 12.12 pm local time (0412GMT) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwestern China.
This marked the 576th flight mission of the homegrown Long March series of carrier rockets.
