Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during his visit to Albania’s capital Tirana.
Erdogan is in Tirana to attend the 6th Summit of the European Political Community and has carried out diplomatic contacts throughout the event.
