Russian oil pipeline company Transneft鈥檚 first-half net profit fell 19.2 percent year-on-year to 92.1 billion rubles ($1.35 billion), the company said late Tuesday.
The company's first half earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) decreased to 208.2 billion rubles, from 215.7 billion rubles during the same period last year, the company said.
Transneft said the profit decrease was mainly due to increased depreciation and amortization for new facilities.
