Azerbaijan's natural gas exports totaled 6 billion cubic meters (bcm) in the first quarter of this year, Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said on Monday.
"In January-March, approximately 3 billion cubic meters of gas were exported to Europe, 2.3 billion cubic meters to Türkiye, and 0.7 billion cubic meters to Georgia," Shahbazov posted on X.
He added that 1.4 bcm were delivered to Türkiye via the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP).
The TANAP pipeline is a key part of the Southern Gas Corridor, which transports Azerbaijani gas to European markets through Türkiye.
Citing operational data for the first quarter of this year, Shahbazov added that oil-condensate production amounted to 6.9 million tons, while export volumes reached 5.7 million tons.
