ISTANBUL
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Friday met national leader of the Crimean Tatar Turks Mustafa Abdulcemil Kirimoglu in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, Türkiye's Foreign Ministry said on X.
Alongside Kirimoglu, who is a member of the Ukrainian parliament, Fidan also met President of the Crimean Tatar National Assembly Refat Chubarov and his delegation at the Turkish Embassy in Kyiv.
Meanwhile, Fidan also met representatives of Gagauz Turks at the embassy, the ministry said.
No further information on the meetings was immediately provided.
Fidan departed for a two-day visit to Ukraine on Thursday.
