Iranian military launches 2 attacks in less than an hour, says Israeli daily

At least 30 missiles were launched from Iran toward several areas in Israel in less than an hour on Tuesday.
Israeli estimates indicated that 20 Iranian missiles were launched against central Israel, including Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Channel 12 reported.
“In the latest barrage from Iran, the second in less than an hour, about 10 missiles were launched and most were intercepted,” said the Yedioth Ahronoth daily.
Several fires broke out in open areas along the coastal, southern and central regions following the Iranian missile barrage, reported the newspaper, citing the Israel Fire and Rescue Services.
Earlier, sirens sounded in several areas across central and northern Israel, it said.
Regional tensions have escalated since Friday, when Israel launched coordinated airstrikes on multiple sites across Iran, including military and nuclear facilities, prompting Tehran to launch retaliatory strikes.
Israeli authorities said that at least 24 people have been killed and hundreds injured in Iranian missile attacks since then.�
Iran said at least 224 people have been killed and over 1,000 wounded in the Israeli assault.
