Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander vows continued strikes on Israel
Ahmad Vahidi says attacks will continue 'as long as deemed necessary,' as Tehran launched new wave of missiles on Israel

TEHRAN, Iran/ISTANBUL
Iranian Revolutionary Guards Commander Ahmad Vahidi said attacks against Israel will continue for “as long as deemed necessary,” as Tehran launched a new wave of missiles on Tel Aviv early Saturday.
Iranian media reported the new missile strikes against Israel began at 1:20 a.m. local time (2250GMT Friday) from Tehran and Kermanshah provinces.
The Iranian state television broadcast footage showing missiles hitting Tel Aviv.
The escalation follows Israel's military operation against Iran launched Friday, which targeted Iranian nuclear facilities and long-range missile capabilities. Iran responded by launching "Operation True Promise III" against Israel.
