Norway's $1 trillion sovereign wealth fund sold a 50 percent stake in an office property in France, Norway's Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) said on Friday.
The management said that the agreement was signed on Feb. 15 with completion expected at the end of April 2018.
Norges Bank Real Estate Management will receive �63.25 million for its 50 percent ownership interest.
The property was acquired in July 2011 as part of a portfolio consisting of seven properties in and around Paris.
The buyer of the property is a subsidiary of M&G European Property Fund SICAV-FIS.
The property comprises 24,000 square metres of office space.
