The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,400 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Monday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 1000 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 42.5% to around 1.51 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,634.68 liras and 2,621.03 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Monday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 230.11 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 38.86 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
