GITEX Europe 2025 kicks off in Berlin

More than 1,400 major technology companies from around world participating in fair, with over 500 expert speakers

GITEX Europe 2025 kicks off in Berlin

BERLIN/ISTANBUL

GITEX Europe 2025, a major technology event bringing together thousands of companies, opened its doors to visitors in the German capital Berlin on Wednesday.

The fair, in which startups and investors are also taking part, is hosting more than 1,400 major technology companies.

From NVIDIA to Lenovo and SAP to Dell, many of the world's leading technology companies are participating in the event, with the theme of artificial intelligence (AI).

Technology companies from 67 countries are exhibiting their products at the event, where Türkiye also has a pavilion. In this pavilion, many local companies are introducing the solutions they have developed to visitors, including those related to digital transformation and industrial software.

Some 30 local tech companies and institutions are taking part:

Ambeent, Astromatik, Atmosware, Atolye15, Biruni Teknopark, Boardoza, Brandefense, CloudOffix, CMV Technology, Data Market, Datassist, DZD Tech, ElektraWeb, Enoca, Itobe, Konvo, Logo, LST Software, Magarsus, CBD Technology, Nevitech, Nexrone, Plantiary, Tangotech, Technology Development Zones Association, Telenity, Trex, Universal Software, vMind, Yetenex.

The event also covers the themes of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), cyber security, quantum computing, global cities, green technology and startups and investments. Events are being organized simultaneously in these areas.

There are 32 unicorns from various countries with a value of over $1 billion and more than 600 global investors.

In addition to companies, more than 500 expert speakers are participating at the event. From the senior names of the world's leading technology companies to the executives of organizations focusing on technology policies, many names will share their views at GITEX Europe 2025.

The event, which is being attended by many experts from artificial intelligence giant OpenAI as well as executives of many artificial intelligence companies, is a comprehensive discussion of the AI ecosystem.

Nobel Physics Prize winner Geoffrey Hinton, known for his work in the field of AI, also spoke at the event, sharing his views on artificial intelligence with the participants.

The event, organized by KAOUN International and the Dubai World Trade Center, runs until May 23.
