Spot market natural gas prices for Tuesday, Dec. 24

- 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas in spot market costs 1,426 Turkish liras on Tuesday

The trade volume of Turkey's spot natural gas market saw a 55% increase to 11.55 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.

Total trade on Monday amounted to 7.43 million liras.

On Tuesday spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 1,426 liras, while the total trade volume of natural gas amounted to 8.09 million cubic meters.

Turkey received 188.632 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.

US$1 equals 5.93 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Wednesday.
