The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,524 Turkish liras between 07.00 and 11.00 local time (0400-0800 GMT), and between 16.00 and 20.00 local time (1300-1700 GMT), while the lowest is determined as 1242 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 29.6% to 705.49 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,465.51 liras and 1,473.62 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 1,524 Turkish liras between 00.00 and 06.00 local time (2100-0300 GMT), and between 20.00 and 21.00 local time (1700-1800 GMT), while the lowest is determined as 599.99 liras at 15.00 local time (1200 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.65 liras at 1115 GMT on Sunday.
