The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,399.01 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Sunday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 1,749.98 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 77.4% to around 1.62 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,871.22 liras and 2,881.82 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Sunday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700-1800 GMT), while the lowest was at 100.01 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT).
US$1 equals 38.76 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
