The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 204.97 Turkish liras at 11.00 and the lowest will be 80 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Friday electricity market decreased by 7 percent to 62.7 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Saturday is calculated as 168.85 liras and 173.50 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Friday was 211.21 liras at 14.00 and the lowest was 106.56 liras at 23.00 local time
US$1 equals 3.62 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
