The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 185.18 Turkish liras at 14.00 and 15.00, the lowest will be 124.62 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Sunday's electricity market decreased by 22.7 percent to 50.3 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Sunday is calculated as 149.69 liras and 150.87 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Friday was 206.01 Turkish liras at 10.00 and the lowest was 143.44 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.52 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
