The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,695 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time (1600 GMT) on Friday, while the lowest is determined as 1,000 liras at 08.00 local time (0500 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 15.9% to 598.7 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,466.32 liras and 1,472.71 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday was set as 1,745 Turkish liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT) on Friday, with the lowest at 1,300 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 14.19 liras at 1132 GMT on Saturday.
