The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 183.16 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, the lowest will be 89.78 liras at 02.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Saturday's electricity market decreased by 3.5 percent to 45.1 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Sunday is calculated as 148.71 liras and 149.32 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Saturday was 175.88 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time, the lowest was 120.09 liras at 02.00 local time local time.
US$1 equals 3.61 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
