The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 2,995.01 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Wednesday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,799 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Thursday's electricity market shows an increase of 2.68% to around 1.47 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,464.98 liras and 2,484.76 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Wednesday was set at 2,995.01 Turkish liras, while the lowest was 1,371.39 liras.
US$1 equals 37.92 liras at 2.19 p.m. local time (1119 GMT) on Wednesday.
