The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 2,499.98 Turkish liras at 20.00 and 21.00 local time (1700 - 1800 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
The lowest rate is determined as 1,198.89 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT), the figures show.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 0.4% to 1.12 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,039.064 liras and 2,046.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set as 2,499.99 liras at 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), with the lowest determined as 1,595.74 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 15.34 liras at 1148 GMT on Wednesday.
