The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. and between 6 p.m and 9 p.m. local time (0500, 1500-1800 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,408.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 5.21% to around 1.61 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 2,496.05 liras and 2,503.93 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday was set as 3,000 liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), and the lowest was set as 1,599.98 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 37.96 liras at 2.14 p.m. local time (1114 GMT) on Monday.
