The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 1,131 Turkish liras between 15.00 and 18.00 local time (1200-1500 GMT) and 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest will be 659 liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday electricity market showed an increase of 112% to 477.5 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 845.66 liras and 843.49 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Monday was set as 1,131 liras between 16.00 and 20.00 local time (1300- 1700 GMT), with the lowest at 648 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 11.20 Turkish liras at 1233 GMT on Monday.
