The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,995.01 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Tuesday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,371.39 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Wednesday's electricity market shows an increase of 109.1% to around 1.43 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,432.75 liras and 2,487.52 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 2,865.58 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), and the lowest was set as 250 liras between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0800-0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 37.93 liras at 2.28 p.m. local time (1128 GMT) on Tuesday.
