The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 12 a.m., and between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time (2100 and 1500-1900 GMT), according to official figures released on Friday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 1,000.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 14.4% to around 1.55 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,708.72 liras and 2,693.47 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Friday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. local time (1500-2000 GMT), while the lowest at 1,399.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.03 liras at 2.11 p.m. local time (1111 GMT) on Friday.
