The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,345 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time (0500 GMT), while the lowest will be 792.73 liras at 14.00 local time (1100 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 11.8% to 535.35 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,021.86 liras and 1,026.96 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday was set as 1,273 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT), while the lowest 800 liras at 05.00 local time (0200 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.53 Turkish liras at 1124 GMT on Saturday.
