The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700,1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Sunday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 779.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday's electricity market shows an increase of 71% to around 1.48 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,430.38 liras and 2.433.66 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Sunday was set at 3,299.99 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 31 liras at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0700 and 0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.21 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
