The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Monday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 501.02 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 2.9% to around 1.52 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,433.15 liras and 2,408.70 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Monday was set at 3,399 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest set at 779.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.19 liras at 2.21 p.m. local time (1121 GMT) on Monday.
