The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,299.99 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Saturday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 31 liras at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0700 and 0900 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 20.7% to around 865.32 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,591.82 liras and 1,606.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 499,99 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.21 liras at 2.30 p.m. local time (1130 GMT) on Saturday.
