The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Thursday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 999.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Thursday's electricity market shows a decrease of 3.6% to around 1.76 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,688.26 liras and 2,686.31 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Thursday was set at 3,399 liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,399.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.31 liras at 2.46 p.m. local time (1146 GMT) on Thursday.
