The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Monday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 200.01 liras at 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0400 and 0900 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows a decrease of 63.3% to around 911.27 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,542.04 liras and 1,546.21 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Monday was set at 3,399 Turkish liras between 12 a.m. - 4 a.m. and 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. local time (2100-0100 and 1600 - 1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 129.01 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.28 liras at 2.10 p.m. local time (1110 GMT) on Monday.
