The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 0 liras between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0600 - 0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday’s electricity market shows a decrease of 33.4% to around 920.20 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,605.89 liras and 1,588.48 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at 3,399.01 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 615.10 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.67 liras at 2.15 p.m. local time (1115 GMT) on Saturday.
